• Leasing Options is not a funder or a lender, we offer the service of locating a vehicle and introducing you to a finance provider.
• Leasing Options does not provide any independent financial advice and can only introduce its customers to a funder on our panel.
• Leasing Options does not search the 'market' for a finance provider.
• Leasing Options routinely assesses the panel to ensures competitive pricing is available to customers

At Leasing Options, we feel it is important to be open and transparent with our customers and we are obliged to disclose the existence of commission because:

• It could act as an undue incentive to recommend a particular product
• It may affect our independence and potentially give rise to a conflict of interest when offering suitable products to customers
• Knowing about the commission may have a material impact on a customer's decision
• It may impact the amount a customer will pay as we have a variety of commission schemes, both fixed and variable

Customers who are consumers, sole traders or small partnerships and who use our services resulting in the entering of an agreement which is regulated by the Consumer Credit Act can request further information relating to the commission.

Customers may ask for a commission disclosure at any time from initial discussions until the agreement is set live. After the agreement is set live, Leasing Options is not obligated to disclose any information and will consider all requests on their individual merits.
